- It is an offense under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 to sell or supply liquor to persons less than 18 years of age. You certify that you are over 18 years of age or older and the wines you are purchasing are not for resale.
- The Beach Wine Club member will be charged accordingly to receive 3 deliveries of 12 bottles of wine (case), over 12 months. Members will be charged for and sent cases at the time of becoming a member, the second nominated delivery date, and 6 months post.
- Delivery dates for members post 12 months will receive 1 case every 6 months.
- Payment to be made via credit card only. You hereby authorise Beach Road Wines to charge your account or nominated credit card for your wine orders.
- You acknowledge that you will automatically receive and be charged for your subscription cases on an ongoing basis unless you have suspended your regular shipments or cancelled your membership. Membership may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation must be received in writing (email is best). If cancellation is made within one week of receiving the wine pack, then the member will be charged for that pack.
- You understand that it is your responsibility to inform Beach Road Wines of any change in your address & delivery details. You understand that any charges incurred by Beach Road Wines associated with the recovery and/or redirection and/or re-dispatch of wines delivered to an incorrect or old address will be the responsibility of you the member and that such charges will be applied to your nominated bank account or credit card.
- All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the wines that have been delivered, or if they have been damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately and the wines be returned to us within 21 days for a refund to be actioned. You are not entitled to a refund that is based solely on a change of mind.
- You subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Beach Road Wines until such time as you request us to stop. Should you wish to opt-out at any time simply unsubscribe or advise us by phone or email.
- Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Beach Road Wine offers only. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.
