TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In these terms and conditions (Terms), “we” “us” and “our” refers to Beach Road Wines. A reference to “you”, “your” or “purchaser/s” means a user of this website who may also purchase products from this website. Your access to and use of all information on the website as well as the purchase of our product/s is provided pursuant to the Terms. The Terms apply to all users of the website and by using the website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Whilst the website can be viewed by the general public, all persons who purchase products from us must elect to have products sent to an Australian postal address.

 

SHIPPING

We use private couriers to deliver our wines directly to your door.  We also use Australia Post so if your delivery address is a PO box we can deliver there too.

We offer free shipping on full dozen purchases within Australia.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

 

    • is faulty or damaged
    • is significantly different from the sample or description

 

All returns/warranty items require proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

To return a faulty or damaged product, please contact the Cellar Door on 08 8323 7344 directly.  All returns/warranty items require proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

 

PRICING POLICY

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).  Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. All transactions are processed in AUD.

 

PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

Payment can be made via PayPal (includes Visa/Mastercard). We only accept Australian issued credit cards. The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient. For store pick up orders, payment is made in person when picking up, and must be arranged prior to placing the order. Orders placed with pick up that have not been pre-arranged may incur additional shipping fees.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR UNAVAILABILITY

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar genuine mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the relevant transaction and offer the product to you again at the correct price and/or with the correct information. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card/bank debit for the total amount debited.
Where a product is out of stock or is temporarily unavailable, we will endeavor to dispatch the product as soon as practical once available.

Where a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will cancel the relevant order and where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card/bank debit for the total amount debited. We will attempt to contact you to let you know before this is to occur.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF PRODUCT OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

These terms and conditions are not applicable for sale of product inside of Australia.

  1. SALE

1.1. The Buyer named in the Order Confirmation agrees to buy, and Beach Road Wines Pty Ltd (Beach Road) agrees to sell, the product identified in the Order Confirmation(Goods).
1.2. Subject to Clauses 2 and 9.1, the terms of the contract between the Buyer and Beach Road are contained exclusively in these terms and conditions and the Order Confirmation (Contract).

 

  1. REPRESENTATIONS BY BEACH ROAD

Other than as expressly provided for in these terms and conditions or in the Order Confirmation, Beach Road does not make any other representation or give any other warranty to the Buyer as to the quality, variety, performance, characteristics, specification or fitness for purpose or description of the Goods, and any and all other representations or warranties, statutory or otherwise, are specifically excluded (or excluded to the extent permitted by any compulsorily applicable law).

 

  1. DOCUMENTS

3.1. The Buyer must immediately on the request of Beach Road provide all instructions, information and assistance necessary to allow Beach Road to perform its obligations under this Contract, including the preparation and presentation of documents required to enable the export of the Goods, in accordance with this Contract.
3.2. The Buyer must immediately reimburse Beach Road on presentation of an invoice for any costs or expenses incurred by Beach Road arising from, or in connection with, any amendment, replacement or variation to the documents referred to in Clause 3.1 (whether requested by the Buyer or caused or contributed to by any act or omission of the Buyer).

 

  1. BEACH ROAD WINES’ OBLIGATIONS REGARDING SHIPMENT

4.1. Beach Road must contract on the usual terms for the carriage of goods in the nature of the Goods, from an Australian port to a safe and reliable discharge port within the country or administrative region identified in the Order Confirmation (Discharge Port). Beach Road is entitled to select whichever Australian port it considers appropriate as the port of loading.
4.2. Beach Road does not guarantee the arrival time of the Goods at the Discharge Port. Although Beach Road will endeavour to comply with any requested delivery date appearing in the Order Confirmation, it will not be liable to the Buyer in the event that the Goods are delivered after the requested delivery date.
4.3. If the Buyer fails to have the necessary documents required to take lawful possession of the Goods when the Goods are ready for collection at the Discharge Port, Beach Road will not be liable for any costs payable to secure release of the Goods (including, but not limited to, detention/demurrage charges).

 

  1. LICENCES AND PERMITS

5.1. Subject to this Clause 5, all export licenses shall be for the account and responsibility of Beach Road Wines.
5.2. All import licenses, permits and/or duties and/or taxes, if any, present or future, to be for the Buyer’s account and responsibility. Any and all costs, consequences, delays, detentions etc. related to the Buyer’s failure to obtain necessary import licenses, labelling permits, quarantine approvals etc., is for the Buyer’s account and risk.
5.3. Any change in the present structure in import duties or levies or taxes of whatsoever nature imposed by any government, quasi-government or private entity in the importing country, or reactions to such changes by the exporting country’s relevant government or quasi-government authorities (collectively Changes) shall be solely for the Buyer’s account and responsibility and the Buyer shall not be entitled to argue that any such Changes constitute an event of force majeure.
5.4. No losses sustained by the Buyer as a consequence of any Changes may be claimed by the Buyer as against Beach Road in contract, tort or otherwise. The Buyer shall be liable for, and shall indemnify Beach Road in respect of, any losses, costs or expenses incurred by Beach Road whatsoever, as a result of any such Changes, or arising from the Buyer not supplying Beach Road within the time limit herein with all necessary import licenses / import permits and all other required information and/or documentation, being fully compliant with the requirements as communicated by either the importing or exporting government, or any quasi-government authority or same.

 

  1. RISK AND INSURANCE

6.1. The Goods will be shipped strictly on FOB terms (Incoterms 2010) (FOB terms) unless another Incoterm is identified in the Order Confirmation.
6.2. Beach Road must insure the Goods, but only to the extent required on FOB terms (regardless of whether FOB terms, some variation of FOB terms, or some other Incoterm is applicable).
6.3. Notwithstanding when payment of the Contract Price may be due to be paid, or is paid, to Beach Road under this Contract, or when title in the Goods is intended to pass to the Buyer under this Contract, the Buyer acknowledges that under this Contract it shall bear:
(a) all risks of loss of or damage to the Goods from the time the Goods are delivered on board the carrying vessel at the port of shipment; and
(b) any liability for any general average contribution for any event of general average which occurs during the period that the Buyer was on risk under this Contract, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Beach Road in the event that a claim for any general average contribution is commenced against Beach Road.
6.4. The Buyer shall take out insurance with reputable underwriters to insure the Goods for the period of time it is on risk as per clause 6.3 above. The Buyer must produce evidence of such insurance cover at Beach Road’ request.
6.5. The Buyer warrants that such insurance will be at least in accordance with the Institute Cargo Clauses “A” produced by the Institute of London Underwriters for 110% of the CFR value of the Goods.

 

  1. PAYMENT

7.1. Payment is to be made by the Buyer to Beach Road wines before the wines will be shipped.
7.2. All payments made under this Contract must be by electronic transfer, in AUD and to Beach Roads’ nominated Bank. All banking charges in the Buyer’s country of incorporation or the country of the Discharge Port are for the Buyer’s account.

  1. RETENTION OF TITLE

8.1. Ownership, property, and title in the Goods shall remain with Beach Road Wines until the Buyer has paid all monies owing to Beach Road for the Goods.
8.2. The Buyer shall keep the Goods separate and clearly identifiable as property of Beach Road until property in the Goods has passed to the Buyer.
8.3. Beach Road may demand in writing that the Buyer return the Goods or any part of them at any time until property in the Goods has passed to the Buyer.
8.4. If the Buyer sells the Goods (or something incorporating those Goods) in contravention of this clause, the proceeds of sale shall be the property of Beach Road and the Buyer shall hold such proceeds on trust for and on behalf of Beach Road.

 

  1. LIABILITY

9.1. Nothing in this clause or in any other part of the Contract operates to exclude, restrict or modify the application of any implied condition or warranty, the exercise of any right or remedy (including a right to indemnity), or the imposition of any liability, implied or conferred under the Australian Consumer Law or any other statute, the exclusion, restriction or modification of which would contravene that statute or cause any term of this Contract to be void (“Non-excludable Obligation“).
9.2. Except in relation to Non-excludable Obligations and as otherwise set out in this Contract, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities or other terms implied or conferred by statue, custom, or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on Beach Road are expressly excluded under this Contract.
9.3. Except in relation to Non-excludable Obligations, Beach Road’ liability to the Buyer arising directly or indirectly under or in connection with this Contract, or the performance or non-performance of this Contract and whether arising under any indemnity, statute, in tort (for negligence or otherwise), or on any other basis in law or equity is limited as follows:

(a)
Beach Road shall not be liable for any lost profits or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (including, without limitation, economic loss, loss of contract, loss of profit or revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of production, production stoppage or loss of data) for any claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, regardless of the type of claim and whether or not Beach Road has notice of possible damage; and

(b) if Beach Road breaches any provision of this Contract, Beach Road’ sole and maximum liability shall be limited to AU$500.

9.4. The Buyer may only bring an action under this Contract provided such action is brought within 9 months of the delivery of an Order Confirmation signed for and on behalf of the Buyer to Beach Road unless it is a claim for indemnity in relation to a third party claim, in which case such action must be brought within 6 months of the delivery of an Order Confirmation signed for and on behalf of the Buyer to Beach Road.

 

  1. INDEMNITY

The Buyer shall indemnify Beach Road in full for any loss, cost, expense or penalties suffered or incurred by Beach Road (Losses) arising directly or indirectly as a result of, or in connection with, any act or omission of the Buyer under this Contract. The Buyer must pay Beach Road in full for such Losses upon presentation of a claim for such Losses, without any deduction, withholding, counter-claim or set-off.

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

11.1. The Buyer acknowledges that any failure to obtain necessary import permits, change of import policies or taxes shall not qualify as an event of ‘force majeure’ and any losses, costs or expenses arising from any such failures shall be for the Buyer’s liability and account.
11.2. The parties agree that nothing in this Contract:
(a) allows the Buyer to declare force majeure if the loading of the Goods has commenced;
(b) excuses the Buyer from its obligation to pay any sums due under this Contract including, without limitation, the Contract Price, demurrage and any sums accrued due or payable prior to termination of this Contract; and
(c) obliges Beach Road to fulfil their obligation to deliver the Goods by sourcing comparable goods from an alternative supplier.

 

  1. PRODUCT RECALLS

In the event of a recall of any of the Goods, whether voluntary or as required by a governmental authority, the Buyer must immediately cease distribution of the affected Goods upon notice thereof and otherwise cooperate with Beach Road in all respects relating to such recall. The Buyer must also maintain and make available to Beach Road such records pertaining to its distribution of the Goods as reasonably required by Beach Road from time to time so as to facilitate Beach Road’ ability to effect a recall of affected Goods or otherwise identify consumers who may have such Goods.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Goods are owned by Beach Road. Nothing in this Contract is intended to transfer, assign or grant any intellectual property rights in the Goods.

 

  1. OTHER CONDITIONS

14.1. Banking Expenses: All collection charges and banking expenses (if any) incurred by the Buyers to be for the Buyers account. Any payment effected by telegraphic transfer in accordance with this Contract must be without any costs to Beach Road.
14.2. Discharge Costs: All discharge costs, including port dues, taxes, custom fees, licenses, etc., on the cargo are for Buyer’s account.
Assignment: The Buyer shall have no right to assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its rights or obligations under this Contract without the express written consent of Beach Road (which consent may be given, given on conditions, or withheld, in Beach Road’ sole discretion).
14.4. Waiver: No waiver by either party of any right, power or remedy or of any provision of this Contract shall be effective unless and to the extent that it is expressly made and reduced to writing.
14.5. Amendment: No amendment of any provision of this Contract shall be effective unless the amendment is reduced to writing and signed by both parties.

 

  1. SANCTIONS, ANTI-CORRUPTION LAWS AND IMPORT/EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

15.1. The parties warrant, represent and undertake to each other, that they will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations including without limitation Sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and tax laws in performing this Contract.

 

  1. GOVERNING LAW

16.1. This Contract is governed by the laws of South Australia.

 

  1. ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

 

  1. INTERPRETATION

18.1. All defined terms in these terms and conditions have the same meaning as in the relevant Order Confirmation.
18.2. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the relevant Order Confirmation, the former will prevail.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

  1. You subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Beach Road Wines until such time as you request us to stop.
  2. Should you wish to opt out at any time simply let us know by unsubscribing from your email.
  3. Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Beach Road Wine offers. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.

The Beach Wine Club Terms and Conditions

  1. It is an offence under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 to sell or supply liquor to persons less than 18 years of age. You certify that you are over 18 years of age or older and the wines you are purchasing are not for resale.
  2. The Beach Wine Club member will be charged $150 to receive 6 bottles of wine, per quarter. Members will be charged for and sent packs in July, September, December and March of each year.
  3. Payment to be made via credit card only. You hereby authorise Beach Road Wines to charge your account or nominated credit card for your wine orders.
  4. You acknowledge that you will automatically receive and be charged for you subscription cases on an ongoing basis, unless you have suspended your regular shipments or cancelled your membership. Membership may be cancelled anytime. Cancellation must be received in writing (email is best). If cancellation is made within one week of receiving wine pack, then member will be charged for that pack.
  5. You understand that it is your responsibility to inform Beach Road Wines of any change in your address & delivery details. You understand that any charges incurred by Beach Road Wines associated with the recovery and/or redirection and/or re-dispatch of wines delivered to an incorrect or old address will be the responsibility of you the member, and that such charges will be applied to your nominated bank account or credit card.
  6. All orders are insured against physical loss and damage whilst in transit. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the wines that have been delivered, or if they have been damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately and the wines be returned within 21 days for a refund to be actioned. You are not entitled to a refund that is based solely on change of mind.
  7. You subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions plus information about special events from Beach Road Wines until such time as you request us to stop. Should you wish to opt out at any time simply unsubscribe or let us know by phone or email.
  8. Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Beach Road Wine offers only. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.

Beach Road Wines regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationships with our customers.  The following applies to all Beach Road Wines users, and conforms to internet privacy standards.

Collection of Information
In order to use the Beach Road Wines website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.  All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including emails.  Any information collected by Beach Road Wines is collected via correspondence from you and your company.  The may be via telephone, email, mail, in person, booking forms, fax or directly through our website.

Storage of Collected Information
The security of your personal information is important to Beach Road Wines.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit cards numbers) on our website, we encrypt the information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).  When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required.

Access to Collected Information
If you personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at admin@beachroadwines.com.au.  If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Communications
Beach Road Wines uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing from the email list or emailing us at admin@beachroadwines.com.au.

Third Parties
Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Beach Road Wine offers. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.

Legal
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Changes to Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.

Beach Road Wines Security Policy

Beach Road Wines uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal gateway are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Beach Road Wines or any outside party.

Booking and Confirmation
Tentative bookings will be held for a period of two weeks (14 days), after which time it will automatically lapse.  Your booking will be reserved upon receipt of, a non-transferable deposit of $200 per function or $1000 full venue hire.

Alternative deposits arranged by negotiation.  Beach Road Wine accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex (surcharge will apply), EFT and cash.

Beverages on consumption and/or cakage are to be paid upon completion of the event via a credit card authority supplied when the agreement is signed and deposit is paid.

Confirmation of Final Numbers and Final Payment
Confirmation of final numbers, menu and beverage is required no later than 7 working days prior to the function.  This is the minimum number of catered guests for which you will be charged.  No refunds are given for absent guests (no shows) on the day.  Special Dietary and allergy requirements must also be given at this time.

Final payment can be made prior to or on the day of the event.  Payment may be made by EFT, Mastercard, Visa or cash.  Payment made by American Express will incur a surcharge of 2.5%.  Beach Road Wines do not accept split bills.

Cancellation
A booking deposit will be fully refunded if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the function date (less $25 for processing and handling).  Cancellations within 14 days will lose deposit.

Consumption
No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the venue for consumption at the function by the client or by guests, invitees or persons attending the function, except by prior arrangement with management.  A fee of $25 per item will be charged.

Glasses
Removal of Beach Road Wines Glasses is considered theft.

Public Area
Unfortunately Beach Road Wines cannot guarantee the exclusive use of the greater cellar door area unless a full venue hire has been confirmed.

Set up and delivery of equipment
Clients are responsible for the cost involved in ensuring set up and break down time on all function space.  All deliveries must be prior advised to the venue and must be marked with the name and date of the function.  Beach Road Wines will not be responsible for the movement of goods from the loading area to the function area.  The venue does not have a storage facility.  Beach Road Wines will not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed by the client’s servants.

Legal Obligation
In line with our Responsible Service of Alcohol policy, food must be included for your function.  You cannot have a function where only drinks are consumed.

The client will be held responsible for any damage to, or sustained to Beach Road Wines by the client or invitees, other than damaged caused by Beach Road Wines management or staff.  Beach Road Wines will not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed by the clients’ servants.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all attendees behave in an orderly manner during the event.  Beach Road Wines accepts no responsibility for the damage to, or loss of any gifts or goods before, during or after a function.  Any items left at Beach Road Wines longer than one week after the event will be discarded.

Fire exits and extinguishers are to be kept clear and visible at all times.  In accordance with legislation, no smoking is permitted anywhere within the premises.

Clients and their guests will be expected to vacate the premises within 30 minutes of the end of their function.  Any externally hired equipment is to be removed within 24 hours of the event, unless otherwise agreed with Beach Road Wines.  Failure to comply may incur further costs.

Agreement
By confirmation of booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions as detailed in this document

Bookings
To make a tentative booking the client must submit a Beach Road Wines Wedding Enquiry Form to management.

Pricing
Upon receipt of the Wedding Enquiry Form, Beach Road Wines will provide the client with a written quote, all prices are current at the time of the quotation and are subject to revision by the manager prior to confirmation of booking.

Confirmation of Booking
Confirmation of a booking by the client must be in writing within 14 days of receiving the quote.  Should your deposit not be returned within 14 days, Beach Road Wines management reserves the right to release the date and allocate the space to another client.

Dietary Requirements
Special dietary and allergy requirements must also be given at the time of confirmation of your booking.  An extra charge of $5.00 per person is incurred for gluten free requirements.

Security Deposit
A minimum non-transferable deposit of $1000 is required at the time of booking.

Minimum Spend
A minimum spend of $8000 is required for all weddings unless otherwise agreed in writing with prior approval from Beach Road Wines.

Final payment and numbers
Confirmation of final numbers, menu and beverage is required with final payment no later than 7 working days prior to the function, at which time the deposit is deducted.  This is the minimum number of catered guests for which you will be charged. No refunds are given.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to the function date.  This term may be altered by the discretion of the Beach Road Wines management.

Reduction of guest numbers
In the event that within 30 days prior to the event, the expected attendance figure is reduced by more than 20%, the client may be liable to pay for up to 50% of the resultant reduction in function cost (based only on the reduction in excess of 20%).

Client responsibly
The client if required to inform all relevant persons involved in the organising of the function, whether colleagues or contractors, of the venue’s Terms and Conditions.

External Suppliers
Any external suppliers are to contact and visit Beach Road Wines at a minimum of two days before the wedding date.  Beach Road Wines will be liable for any damage incurred to external supplier’s equipment.

Damages
The client is held responsible for any damage to, or sustained to Beach Road Wines by the client or invitees, other than damage caused by Beach Road Wines management of staff.

Compliance and Liability
It is understood that the client will conduct their function in an orderly manner in full compliance with the venues management and with all applicable laws.  Beach Road Wines reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable people from the function or the premises without liability.

Loss or Theft
Beach Road Wines does not accept any responsibility for the damage, or loss of any gifts or goods before, during or after a function.  Any items left at Beach Road Wines longer than one week after the event will be discarded.

Alcohol
Beach Road Wines reserves the right (under the Liquor Licensing Act) to refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated or disorderly patrons.  There patrons may also be asked the leave the premises.

Noise
All functions must comply with Liquor Licensing regulations.  It is a condition of our licence that all evening entertainment finishes as 11.00pm with all guests to depart the property prior to 12.00am (midnight).

Fire Exits and Extinguishers
Fire exits and extinguishers are to be kept clear and visible at all times.

Smoking
In accordance with legislation, no smoking is permitted anywhere within the premises.  Smoking is allowed in nominated area’s only.

Security
Security is mandatory for all weddings held at Beach Road Wines.

Commencement and Vacation of Venue
The client agrees to begin and vacate the venue at the scheduled times agreed upon.  In the event that the function should go beyond the agreed finish or if the following client is inconvenienced, the manager reserves the right to charge whatever the extra costs are reasonably incurred to ensure the smooth operation of the function.

Set up and delivery of equipment
Clients are responsible for the cost involved in ensuring set up and break down time on all function space.  All deliveries must be prior advised to the venue and must be marked with the name and date of the function.  Beach Road Wines will not be responsible for the movement of goods from the loading area to the function area.  The venue does not have a storage facility.

Beach Road Wines will not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed by the client’s servants.

Consumption
No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the venue for consumption at the function by the client or by guests, invitees or persons attending the function, except by prior arrangement with management.

Confetti and scatters
No confetti or scatters, or similar, are permitted anywhere in the venue including the grounds.  Removal of such substances will be at the cost of the client.

Cleaning
General Cleaning is included in the cost of the function.  However, additional cleaning charges may be incurred where a function has created cleaning requirements which are considered to be over and above normal.
